Commentary on the June 24 General Elections in Sierra Leone; the Importance of Unity for National Development

As fellow Sierra Leoneans, it is crucial that we reflect on the consequences of such divisions and emphasize the urgent need for unity to foster national development.

Sierra Leone has endured significant challenges throughout its history, including an eleven-year civil war, the devastating Ebola outbreak, the ongoing impact of COVID-19, and tragic natural disasters like the mudslide in 2017.
